Holidays... winter... finals... seasonal affective disorder- these months can be stressful! 

Neurographic Art can give your brain a break and help you de-stress.  The Opportunity Room will be open from 9am-7pm for teens and adults to create some stress-relieving art.  This is an open-house style day to make art at your own pace, just come whenever you are available!

Supplies provided by the Friends of the Cambridge Library.
