Yoga at the Library

Yoga at the Library In-Person

Join us for 45 minutes of gentle, slow-flowing yoga open to all levels. Our focus will be on breathing, relaxing, and settling our minds and bodies. This class will be led by local registered yoga teacher, Ursula. This event is free to attend!

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you don’t have a mat, bring a towel or blanket to practice on instead. Optionally you may also bring a yoga block for added modifications.

This class is intended for adults. Registration is required. Please note that you will need to either agree to the liability waiver below or at the door in order to attend this event.
