Yoga at the Library

Yoga at the Library In-Person

Join us for 45 minutes of gentle, slow-flowing yoga open to all levels. Our focus will be on breathing, relaxing, and settling our minds and bodies. This class will be led by local registered yoga teacher, Ursula. This event is free to attend!

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you don't have a yoga mat, we recommend bringing a towel or blanket to practice on so you're not on the bare floor. You're welcome to bring any additional yoga props that you like.

This class is intended for adults. Registration is required. Please note that you will need to either agree to the liability waiver below or at the door in order to attend this event.
